Steps
- Begin with a 5-10 minute warm up of light cardio (walking in place, etc.)
- Hold each position for 10-30 seconds and repeat for 1-3 times.
- Completely relax for 2-4 minutes in a chair or in Sava asana after the stretch.
- Perform this stretch after a good yoga session for best results.
- Avoid any exercises that cause pain or discomfort.
